About
About Leftyland
Left-handed players spend a lot of time asking one question: does this guitar or bass actually come left-handed, and where can I get one? Leftyland exists to answer it.
What it is
At the centre is a gear database that records, model by model, whether an instrument is made left-handed, whether it is current or discontinued, and where there are lefty ones to buy right now. Around that sits a marketplace where left-handed players buy and sell with each other, and a community built on real member identity rather than throwaway accounts.
Why it exists
Good information about left-handed gear is scattered, quick to go out of date, and often buried under “available on request” listings that never quite materialise. Putting the answers in one place, kept current, is more useful than any single shop’s catalogue. The marketplace grew from the same need: lefty instruments are rarer second-hand, so a place aimed squarely at left-handed players makes them easier to find and to sell.
Who runs it
Leftyland is built and run by appy lad, a UK sole trader. It is a small, independent project, funded by affiliate links rather than by selling your data. See the affiliate disclosure for how that works.
